We are looking for a Manager of People & Culture to join our Lin team.

Are you our Manager of People & Culture?

We are looking for a Manager of People & Culture  to join our Lin team. This role will support approximately 100 employees located mostly in Sweden. We have offices in Gothenburg, Stockholm, Malmö, Karlstad and Oslo, therefore our Manager of People & Culture will need to be able to travel a lot. Your responsibility is to help Lin Education to attract, retain and develop talents. Do you have what it takes?

Main tasks and responsibilities:

The Manager of People & Culture will need to be operational as well as being able to develop strategic people processes, implement them in the organization and provide support to all employees in Lin Education.

  • Partner with business units to deliver value-added service that is align with overall business objectives.
  • Implement and develop People & Culture processes and procedures.
  • Partner with CEO to develop action plans that supports organizational objectives.
  • Provide guidance and input on strategic workforce planning, remote/ local.
  • Roll-out a digital staff handbook in the organization.
  • Support managers in recruitment, on-boarding and other HR related matters.
  • Be the point of contact for our benefits providers.
  • Provide training to all employees and managers in HR processes
  • Make sure that Lin Education is compliant with laws and regulations within the HR area.
  • Help Lin Education in their Employer Branding strategy

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a creative mindset.
  • Good at structuring your work and knows how to prioritize
  • You are used to, and like to take the lead in your own day and are always on time
  •  It is important for you to maintain a high integrity and accuracy
  • Knowledge of, and interests in HR topics and trends
  • You are experienced with digital HR tools.

Professional Profile:

  • Bachelor degree in HR or other relevant subject
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience from HR operations
  • Good knowledge of the Swedish labor legislation, knowledge in Nordic labor legislation is an advantage
  • Strong digital skills
  • Service-minded with high personal integrity
  • Fluent in Swedish and excellent in English, verbal and written.
