Are you our Marketing Strategist?

We are looking for a Marketing strategist to lead our Marketing team and help to make Loops known throughout the world.

Our strategist position involves a variety of tasks, people and innovations. Fail fast, work hard and have fun are key elements to become a successful member of our software division at Lin. You'll be responsible for setting specific objectives to develop a cohesive and profitable marketing strategy for our product. We think that you love to learn and re learn, collaborate and try new stuff, and of course work on a global and arena with the best team ever!

You will take lead in:

Designing digital marketing campaigns, performing market research and help out in developing our product to make sure it is state of the art when it comes to assisting our sales and marketing teams. You will lead, inspire and help the rest of the team in understanding how to sell and deliver a SaaS product on an international playing field. 

Ultimately, you should be able to increase our market share, ensure product consistency and that we keep our promises to the students, teachers and adult professionals who use our product. 

Responsibilities:

  • Set specific marketing goals
  • Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with business targets
  • Develop digital campaigns to increase web traffic
  • Analyze sales and marketing metrics
  • Forecast market trends
  • Research market to identify new opportunities
  • Generate innovative ideas to promote our brand and our products
  • Address advertising needs
  • Ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels
  • Use customer feedback to ensure client satisfaction
  • Liaise with internal teams and ensure product consistency
  • Establish a strong, long-term web presence

Who are you?

Well, we don’t know that do we? But we think that you are driven by being able to contribute to the greater good and that you: 

  • Have demonstrable experience with marketing campaigns and web technologies (e.g. online tools, social media and how to go to market with a new SaaS product)
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM software and Content Management Systems
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
  • Understanding of web design
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Team management skills
  • Like to learn and re learn stuff!
  • Like to take on challenges and travel on adventurous paths
